Toy Poodles

Why Toy Poodles....

Our introduction to Poodles was 17 years ago.

Our son began asking for a puppy of his own. We were used to big working dogs and we had not thought to far outside that square. What Darcy wanted was a puppy who could share his life indoors and out. A friend who had Poodles suggested this breed as the perfect family pet & suitable for a young boy.

On his 7th birthday Darcy was presented with an eight week old apricot bundle of fluff, who he named Priscilla. Priscilla became part of the family immediately, her main aim in life was to do whatever Darcy wanted - snuggling on the couch watching TV, playing kick the footy, when it was bed time they would toddle off together, she waited for him to come home from school. Priscilla was such an easy going puppy, she appeared to read our minds. We were hooked.
Prissy is no longer with us, but her legacy still lives. At 24 Darcy still has a Toy Poodle who is as much loved as Miss Priss.

Toy Poodles each have their own personality, but what these wonderful little dogs do have in common is: they love people, like to please, and they enjoy life to its maximum.

Toy Poodles are a perfect size they don't take up too much room on the couch, are easy to take in the car, pick up when out for a walk to cross the street or make sure they are out of harms way. Toy Poodles do not shed hair so are suitable for those who suffer from allergies.
We are committed to breeding very sound, good natured Toy Poodles in red & apricot.
